Southwest Chicken Sandwiches are cheesy and smothered with zesty ranch and salsa.
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut in half
- 1/3 cup salsa
- 6 slices American cheese
- 6 kaiser rolls
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 6 lettuce leaves
- Heat skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until done, 165 degrees F. Remove from heat.
- Top with salsa and cheese; cover and let stand 2 minutes. Meanwhile, spread bottom halves of buns with dressing.
- Fill buns with lettuce and chicken.
