Slow cooked southwestern beef roast.
- 1 1/2 cups thick and chunky salsa
- 1 cup beer or water
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 3 pounds rump roast
- Mix together everything but the roast in a bowl.
- Place the roast in the slow cooker. Pour the mixture over the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
