Southern Crab Bisque is about as creamy and delicious as it gets. Nothing beats a bowl of crab bisque on a cool fall or winter day.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces of crab meat
  • 1/2 pint heavy cream
  • 1 pint light cream
  • 1 cam cream of celery soup
  • 8 ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
  • Tabasco to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in double boiler
  2. Cook until hot and thickened
  3. Served topped with sherry and paprika
