Southern Crab Bisque is about as creamy and delicious as it gets. Nothing beats a bowl of crab bisque on a cool fall or winter day.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces of crab meat
- 1/2 pint heavy cream
- 1 pint light cream
- 1 cam cream of celery soup
- 8 ounce package cream cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
- Tabasco to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in double boiler
- Cook until hot and thickened
- Served topped with sherry and paprika
