In Southeast Asia, sweet coffee is prepared by blending strong herb and chicory coffee with sweet condensed milk.


  • 1/4 cup or more sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 double espressos, or brewed Thai coffee


  1. Place 1 tablespoon of condensed milk into 4 glasses.
  2. Add 2 shots of espresso to each glass and stir well to combine.
  3. Drop 2 ice cubes into each glass and serve immediately.
