Use your favorite sliced fruit to flavor Sour Cream Pie.
Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- 1 1/2 cups sliced fruit
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Fill unbaked pie crust with sliced fruit.
- Mix flour, sugar and sour cream together. Pour over fruit and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes then at 325 degrees F for an additional 40 minutes until brown and bubbly.
