Ground beef and sour cream blended meat balls.
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Combine everything together, reserving 1/2 of the sour cream. Shape into balls.
- Brown the meat balls on a stovetop. Arrange in a baking dish. Spread the reserved sour cream over and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
