Ingredients
- 3/4 cup white or yellow cornmeal
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an 8 inch square pan.
- Stir everything together, just enough to blend well.
- Pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
