Rich chocolate cake made with sour cream and cocoa.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and flour a 9x13-inch pan.
- Beat the eggs and sour cream together.
- Sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Stir the eggs into the flour mixture, mixing well. Add in the vanilla extract.
- Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes.
