Sour Cream Chicken tastes great served over wild rice.
- 4 whole chicken breasts, halved and skinned
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 cup white wine
- 8 ounces white mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- Combine soup, sour cream and wine.
- Place chicken in casserole dish and cover with mixture. Place sliced mushrooms on top.
- Cover and bake at 375 degree F for 1 1/2 hours.
