Soupy, slow cooked beef and mushroom casserole.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds stew beef, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 (10.75 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 (1 3/8 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Directions
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 4-5 hours.
