Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 3 cups oats

Directions

  1. Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
  3. Blend flour combination into egg mixture.
  4. Fold in oats.
  5. Cover and refrigerate dough for one hour or until firm enough to handle.
  6. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place onto greased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
