So Simple Crab Bisque is made with asparagus and mushroom soups.


  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can asparagus soup
  • 1-1/2 soup cans milk
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1 (6-1/2 ounce) can flaked crab meat
  • 1/4 cup Sherry
  • butter


  1. Combine soups in a saucepan. Add milk and cream; blend well. Bring to boiling point over medium heat. Add crab meat; heat thoroughly. Add Sherry and a pat of butter just before serving.
