Sweet soy chicken wings, slow cooked and wonderful!
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 12 large chicken wings, separated at joints, tips discarded
- Mix together the soy sauce and sugar, allow to set for 10 minutes.
- Dip each wing in the sauce until well coated, place in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
