Snow Topped Brownie Mounds

Mini muffin sized brownies with a marshmallow top.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Krusteaz fat-free brownie mix
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 45 (about 1/2 cup) miniature marshmallows
  • PInch of cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine the brownie mix and water, add the cinnamon if wanted. While still moist, shape into 1-inch balls. Press the balls into a well greased mini muffin pan. Press a marshmallow into the top of each ball.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes.
