Sauted snow pea and mushroom vegetable side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1/2 pound small snow peas
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions
- Saute the mushrooms in the margarine. Add in the snow peas and soy sauce. Continue cooking until the snow peas are crisp-tender. LIghtly toss.
