Low fat snow pea and bell pepper salad.


  • 2 cups snow peas, trimmed
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup Hidden Valley fat-free Italian Parmesan salad dressing


  1. Boil the snow peas and drain under cold water. Dry and chill for 1 hour
  2. When ready to serve arrange alternating snow peas and bell pepper on plates. Sprinkle with the seeds and drizzle the dressing over.
