Low fat snow pea and bell pepper salad.
- 2 cups snow peas, trimmed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup Hidden Valley fat-free Italian Parmesan salad dressing
- Boil the snow peas and drain under cold water. Dry and chill for 1 hour
- When ready to serve arrange alternating snow peas and bell pepper on plates. Sprinkle with the seeds and drizzle the dressing over.
