A bell pepper and rice smothered round steak dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean round steak
- 1 cup rice
- 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Chop the steak into serving-size pieces and brown in a large skillet.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce to a simmer. Continue cooking for 1 hour.
