Earl Grey tea isn’t just for enjoying at tea-time with crumpets. Try this complex-tasting cocktail with ginger liqueur.
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- lemon wedge
- Place the sugar and the lemon zest on a piece of wax paper and mix to blend.
- Run the lemon wedge along the rim of a rocks glass and then dip the rim into the sugar mixture to coat.
- Pour the chilled tea into the glass along with the lemon juice and ginger liqueur. Stir to blend and then add 3 ice cubes. Serve immediately.
