- 2 lbs. stew meat
- 1 med. onion, chunked
- 1 med. green pepper, chunked
- 1 envelope dry sloppy joe mix
- 1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
- 6 oz. water
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Cook 5 hours on Hi or 10 hours on low.
- Great served over rice, noodles, or potatos.
- Venison can be substituted for the stew meat.
