Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. stew meat
  • 1 med. onion, chunked
  • 1 med. green pepper, chunked
  • 1 envelope dry sloppy joe mix
  • 1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
  • 6 oz. water
  • 2 tbsp. cider vinegar

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Cook 5 hours on Hi or 10 hours on low.
  3. Great served over rice, noodles, or potatos.
  4. Venison can be substituted for the stew meat.
