Slow cooked swiss steak and vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 (14 ounce) can tomatoes
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 3 pounds round steak, browned
Directions
- Mix everything but the steak together in the slow cooker. Place steak in. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
