Slow cooked, easy to make corn chowder
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 (15 1/4 ounce) cans whole kernal corn, undrained
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
Directions
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
