Slow cooked Chicken cacciatore served over hot linguine.
- 2 (9 ounce) packages frozen cooked chicken breast strips
- 2 (28 ounce) jars tomato pasta sauce
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
- Mix together everything but the cheese in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- When ready to serve, scoop over hot linguine and sprinkle with the cheese.
