Slow cooked cabbage with soy and garlic.
Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Directions
- Mix together everything but the cabbage in a small bowl. Place cabbage in the slow cooker and pour the remaining ingredients on top. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
