Ingredients
- 8-10 medium unpeeled potatoes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
- Toss the potatoes in a zipped baggie with the oil. Wrap individually in aluminum foil. Place in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, until tender.
