A wonderful artichoke dip, made in the slow cooker. Great with tortilla chips, vegetables or bread.
- 2 cups frozen spinach, cooked, drained and chopped
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup alfredo sauce
- 3/4 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 cup shredded Swiss Cheese
- Mix everything together in your slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
