A wonderful artichoke dip, made in the slow cooker. Great with tortilla chips, vegetables or bread.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen spinach, cooked, drained and chopped
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup alfredo sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss Cheese

Directions

  1. Mix everything together in your slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
