Hearty slow cooked chili.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce

Directions

  1. Brown the beef with the chili powder, cumin and onions over medium heat. Drain. Combine with the remaining ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
