A slow cooked to perfection, chicken and bean well-seasoned chili. This recipe can easily be substitued with chopped turkey in place of chicken.

Ingredients

  • 3 (15 ounce) cans navy beans with liquid
  • 3 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 cups cooked, chopped chicken
  • 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspon dried oregano
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded 4-cheese blend

Directions

  1. Add everything but the cheese to a greased slow cooker. Cook covered for 4-5 hours on low. Serve with the cheese sprinkled over top.
