A slow cooked to perfection, chicken and bean well-seasoned chili. This recipe can easily be substitued with chopped turkey in place of chicken.
Ingredients
- 3 (15 ounce) cans navy beans with liquid
- 3 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 cups cooked, chopped chicken
- 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspon dried oregano
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded 4-cheese blend
Directions
- Add everything but the cheese to a greased slow cooker. Cook covered for 4-5 hours on low. Serve with the cheese sprinkled over top.
