Slow cooker baked apples.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons raisins
- 4 large cooking apples, cored
- 3 tablespoons butter
Directions
- Pour the water into the slow cooker. Mix together the sugar, cinnamon and raisins in a small bowl. Fill each apple core with the mixture and then place in the water. Drop the butter over the apples.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve hot with whipped cream.
