Six Week Muffins are a great make ahead recipe.
Ingredients
- 1, 15 ounce box raisin bran cereal
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 5 cups flour, sifted
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons salt
Directions
- Mix bran, flour, sugar, soda and salt in large bowl. Blend well; add eggs, oil and milk. Blend well. Will store in refrigerator 6 weeks.
- Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.
