This is great to dip fresh vegetables or bread cubes in.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon dried whole dillweed
- 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Cover and chill for serveral hours.
