Simple Strawberry Pie uses a touch of strawberry Jello to jazz up the flavor.

Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
1 tablespoon strawberry Jello mix
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
1 cup hot water
1 cup sugar

Directions

Mix Jello, water, cornstarch and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat until thick. Remove pan from heat and stir in strawberries. Cool. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate.
