- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups milk
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix all the ingredients, but the butter, with a teaspoon of salt.
- Use the butter to grease a popover pan. Fill each cup half full and bake for 20 minutes. Reduce the heat to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 25 more minutes.
