Quick and easy fruit cocktail cake. Wonderful with the vanilla Fruit Cocktail Cake Frosting.
- 4 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 (30 ounce) can fruit cocktail, undrained
- Fruit Cocktail Cake Frosting
- Combine everything using a spoon to stir. Spread in a greased and floured 9x13-inch pan.
- Bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
