Basic cheesecake in a graham cracker crust.
- Unbaked graham cracker crust
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- Cream the cream cheese. Beat the eggs in, one at a time. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Pour into the pie crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour, or until set.
