Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked, cubed ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Scramble the eggs. Spoon the eggs evenly into the tortillas and top with the ham and cheese. Roll the tortillas and arrange seam down on a microwave-safe dish. Heat for 30 seconds or until the cheese has melted.
