A quick and simple egg, ham and cheese breakfast dish.


  • 4 eggs
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked, cubed ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Scramble the eggs. Spoon the eggs evenly into the tortillas and top with the ham and cheese. Roll the tortillas and arrange seam down on a microwave-safe dish. Heat for 30 seconds or until the cheese has melted.
