Ingredients
- 1 pound scallops
- 1 quart boiling water
- 2 tablespoons salt.
Directions
- Wash scallops.
- Place scallops in a pan full of boiling salted water.
- Cover and return to boiling point.
- Reduce heat.
- Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Drain and serve.
