Ingredients

  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1 quart boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons salt.

Directions

  1. Wash scallops.
  2. Place scallops in a pan full of boiling salted water.
  3. Cover and return to boiling point.
  4. Reduce heat.
  5. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Drain and serve.
