Ingredients
- 2 cups Spanish olives, pitted and chopped
- 1 cup celery hearts, cut on the diagonal
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons capers
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients together, mixing well. Chill 4 hours before serving.
