These are like little shrimp pies.
Ingredients
- 3/4 pound cooked shrimp
- 1/4 cup buttter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup cooked peas
- 6 little pastry shells, cooked
Directions
- Cut large shrimp in half or use small shrimp.
- In a skillet melt butter.
- Blend in flour and salt.
- Add milk gradually and cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly.
- Stir in peas and shrimp.
- Pour into pastry shells to serve.
