These are like little shrimp pies.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound cooked shrimp
  • 1/4 cup buttter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup cooked peas
  • 6 little pastry shells, cooked

Directions

  1. Cut large shrimp in half or use small shrimp.
  2. In a skillet melt butter.
  3. Blend in flour and salt.
  4. Add milk gradually and cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly.
  5. Stir in peas and shrimp.
  6. Pour into pastry shells to serve.
