I love the garlic and chives flavors in this recipe.
Ingredients
- 12 cooked, cleaned shrimp
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon cooking sherry
Directions
- Prepare shrimp.
- In a skillet saute garlic and chives in butter until hot.
- Add shrimp.
- Turn several times in sauce while cooking.
- Add the sherry.
- Turn again to cover with sauce.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Turn quickly.
- Serve hot.
