I love the garlic and chives flavors in this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 12 cooked, cleaned shrimp
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon cooking sherry

Directions

  1. Prepare shrimp.
  2. In a skillet saute garlic and chives in butter until hot.
  3. Add shrimp.
  4. Turn several times in sauce while cooking.
  5. Add the sherry.
  6. Turn again to cover with sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  8. Turn quickly.
  9. Serve hot.

You start with cooked shrimp and then cook them again???? Won't they get tough?
