Serve this Shrimp Dip with ridged potato chips. They'll be strong enough to hold all the shrimp.
- 3 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 1/2 cup shrimp (deveined and chopped fine)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 package Four Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
- If the shrimp are frozen drain well. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well blended. Chill.
