Shrimp and rice dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shrimp, cooked
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 3 green onion, chopped
- 4 tablespoons green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
Directions
- Saute the vegetables in hot oil. Mix in the tomato sauce. Simmer for 20-30 minutes.
- Stir in the shrimp, rice and seasoning and pour into a baking dish.
- Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes.
