Shrimp and Rice Salad can be ahead of time.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- 3/4 cup popcorn shrimp, boiled
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons French dressing
- 1/3 cup mayonaise
- dash Ketchup
- dash Tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon ripe olives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except for shrimp. Refrigerate overnight. Add shrimp before serving.
