Slow cooked shredded barbeque beef sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef flank steak
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
Directions
- Place the steak in the slow cooker and cover with the remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on high for 5 hours, or low for 8-10 hours. Shred the beef and return to the slow cooker. Mix and then serve on buns.
