Shredded Beef Sandwiches

Slow cooked shredded barbeque beef sandwiches.


  • 2 pounds beef flank steak
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning


  1. Place the steak in the slow cooker and cover with the remaining ingredients.
  2. Cover and cook on high for 5 hours, or low for 8-10 hours. Shred the beef and return to the slow cooker. Mix and then serve on buns.
