This apple, date, coconut and fruit muesli serves as a wonderful topping for thick and creamy Greek yogurt
Ingredients
- 2 granny smith apples
- 2 cups oats
- 2 fresh dates, chopped
- 1 cup coconut
- cinnamon, to taste
- freshly ground nutmeg, to taste
- 1 cup fresh, seasonal fruit
Directions
- Using a food processor, shred the apples and then set aside.
- Pulse the oats, dates, nuts and coconut in the food processor to achieve a coarsely chopped texture, and then add the shredded apple, cinnamon, nutmeg and fruit and pulse a few more times until mixture is combined.
