This apple, date, coconut and fruit muesli serves as a wonderful topping for thick and creamy Greek yogurt

Ingredients

  • 2 granny smith apples
  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 fresh dates, chopped
  • 1 cup coconut
  • cinnamon, to taste
  • freshly ground nutmeg, to taste
  • 1 cup fresh, seasonal fruit

Directions

  1. Using a food processor, shred the apples and then set aside.
  2. Pulse the oats, dates, nuts and coconut in the food processor to achieve a coarsely chopped texture, and then add the shredded apple, cinnamon, nutmeg and fruit and pulse a few more times until mixture is combined.
