Buttery shortbread cookie bars.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 3/4 cups flour
Directions
- Beat the butter until creamed. Slowly add in the sugar and cornstarch. Beat until fluffy. Stir in the flour.
- Press into a greased and floured 10x15-inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-35 minutes.
