Beef stroganoff with a bit of a kick.
- 2 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Mix together everything but the sour cream in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Stir in sour cream and serve over noodles.
