Sherry, Vermouth and Grapefruit Bitters Aperitif

This slightly sweet and elegant cocktail makes a delicious apéritif with its light nutty favor from the sherry, somewhat bitter notes from the dry vermouth and caramel orange flavor from the Triple Sec.


  • 1-1/2 ounces Sherry
  • 1 ounce Dry Vermouth
  • 1/2 ounce Triple Sec
  • 2 dash Grapefruit Bitters
  • Lemon twist to garnish


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Stir the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
