Sherry and garlic flank steak dinner.
- 1 1/2 pounds lean beef flank steak
- 1/4 cup fat-free margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- Mix together the sherry, margarine and garlic. Pour half over the beef. Broil 3 inches from the heat for 5-7 minutes. Flip, spread the remaining marinade over. Broil for 3 more minutes. Slice diagonally to serve.
