Honey and sherry make Sherried Country Style Pork Ribs extra special
- 12 to 16 pork ribs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup sherry
- 1/2 cup honey
- Place ribs in a large kettle of boiling water and cook for 1 hour or until tender.
- Arrange ribs in a large skillet and brown them on top of stove.
- Mix soy sauce, sherry and honey together and stir. Pour mixture over ribs and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
