Cubed beef and mushroom baked in sherry casserole.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean beef, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 cans Healthy Request mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup cooking sherry
  • 1/2 package dry onion soup mix

Directions

  1. Combine everything together in a casserole dish. Cover and bake at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 hours. Great served with rice.
