Cubed beef and mushroom baked in sherry casserole.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean beef, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 cans Healthy Request mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup cooking sherry
- 1/2 package dry onion soup mix
Directions
- Combine everything together in a casserole dish. Cover and bake at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 hours. Great served with rice.
